Broccoli Salad Recipe
This fabulous broccoli salad recipe is one the the best vegetable salad recipes and is a perfect addition to any meal. It is a fantastic chili side dish recipe.
One cup of this recipe for broccoli salad has a high concentration of vitamins A, C & K.

A Delicious Chili Side Dish
Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli, cut into small florets
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced quarters
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 mayonnaise
3 T sugar
4 tsp vinegar
Directions
Set the crumbles bacon aside.
Put broccoli, onion, tomatoes, bacon and cheese in a bowl
Prepare dressing by blending the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture in bowl. Chill 1 -2 hours if possible.
