Chip Dip Recipes

Are you looking for easy chip dip recipes to go with your football party ideas? Are you hosting a neighborhood party or holiday party and need appetizer party recipes?

Easy Dip Recipes

Using easy dip recipes is a great time saver and this dip is surprisingly yummy. I especially like to serve it with the salt and vinegar potato chips. If you have any leftover you can serve it over grilled fish or chicken. It is very versatile.

Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 cans white or yellow corn, drained (16 ounce)

2 jars chopped pimiento

1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

2 T finely chopped onion

1 T chopped green onion tops

3/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp cayenne

Directions

In bowl mix add all the ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with Tortilla chips, Frito chips or salt and vinegar potato chips (it taste the best with these chips).

Have It Your Way, Every Way

1. For a spicy dip add 1 chopped jalapeno

2. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese to the dip recipe

3. Use can Mexican corn

4. Serve warm. Pour the dip into a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
