Crockpot Weight Watchers Recipes

Crockpot Weight Watchers recipes are a perfect way to make a tasty white turkey chili. This Weight Watchers chili is a fantastic white bean chili recipe. It is hearty and filling.

1 cup serving is 5 points.

White Turkey Chili - A Weight Watchers Chili

Ingredients

1 cooking spray

2 pounds ground turkey breast

1 cup onions, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 carrot, diced

32 oz fat-free chicken broth

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp Chipotle chili powder

2 cans your favorite white beans, drained and rinsed

3 Tbsp fresh lime juice

3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 small can green chilies, drained

Directions

1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add salt and pepper to the turkey. Cook turkey, onion and garlic over medium heat . Stir occasionally, until turkey is browned, about 10 minutes.

2. Add the turkey, onion and garlic mixture and remaining ingredients to a 3 1/2 quart or larger crock pot. Cover and cook on low heat setting for at least 4 hours.

Time Saver Tip: Do step 1 the night before and refrigerate the mixture. The next morning pull everything out and put in crock pot.

1. Add 2 -3 different kinds of beans to the white turkey chili.

2. Top this weight watchers chili with cilantro, chopped green onion tops, diced tomatoes.

3. Add additional vegetables such as corn, zucchini, broccoli, etc. to this tasty white bean chili recipe.

4. This Weight Watchers Chili can also be served over brown rice. Add additional points for the rice.
