Grilled Vegetable Recipe
with 9 Spice Chili Rub
This wonderful grilled vegetable recipe is a great side dish for a great chili recipe or any quick easy chicken recipes. Serve it for the family or when you are hosting a chili party.

Your guests will think this dish is one of the best healthy low fat recipes. They will request a copy of this delicious healthy vegetable recipe. This dish belongs on a healthy heart menu. I also have served it with some of the quick easy chicken recipes as well as with many of my chili recipes. If you have any vegetarian friends they will love this simple vegetarian recipe.
Ingredients & Directions Cut up a blend of any of the vegetables listed below: Zucchini Red Onion Mushrooms (white button or Portabella) Red, Green and/or Yellow Bell Pepper (or a blend) Asparagus Broccoli Cauliflower Slice vegetables in 1/2 inch slices. Put cut up vegetables in a bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with the spice blend recipe listed below. Spray vegetable grill basket with Pam and put on grill and heat. Toss vegetables into basket and grill until vegetables are cooked to desired doneness. Spice Blend 1-1/2 T Chili Powder 2 T Paprika 3 T Dark Brown Sugar 1-1/2 T Salt 1 T Black Pepper 2 tsp dried basil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp onion powder Save leftover spice blend in a jar and use on other food: chicken, popcorn, fish, french fries, etc.
