Ingredients1-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly of liquid with paper towel (10 ounce) 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry (10 Ounce) 1 container Alouette garlic and herb cheese spread (6-1/4 ounce) 1-1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. In a food processor with a metal blade, add 1 cup Parmesan cheese and garlic. Blend until garlic is thoroughly minced 3. Add in spinach, artichokes and Alouette garlic and herb cheese. Process in the food processor until thoroughlyblended. 4. Put the mixture into a bowl and stir in 1 cup mozzarella cheese. 5. Put mixture in a baking dish 6. Blend together the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and spread on top of mixture. This will keep the spinachartichoke dip recipe from drying out. 7. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese on top is browned. Serve warm with tortilla chips
