Hearty Beef Crockpot Chili Recipe

This Mouth-Watering Hearty Beef Crockpot Chili Recipe is one of the best crockpot dinners and will be a winner in your family's eyes.



Crockpot Dinners

Crockpot dinners are an easy way to serve a tasty family meal that everyone will love. This dish can be thrown together in the morning or you can do some prep the night before to save a bit more time.

When you get home tonight you will smell the wonderful aroma of your crock pot chili recipe. Out of all the crockpot beef recipes you will find this crock pot chili recipe to be one of the best.

Ingredients

1-1/2 lbs Beef Stew meat, cut into 1/2 cubes

2 cans Diced Tomatoes (14.5 ounces)

1 can Chopped Tomatoes with green chilies (10 ounces) I use Rotel

2 cans Black Beans, drained and rinsed (you can also use kidney beans)

1 cup Beef Broth

1/2 cup water

1-1/2 T Chili Powder

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1 tsp Oregano

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

2 cups Chopped Yellow Onion

1 cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper

1/2 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper

4 tsp Minced Garlic (or 4 cloves)

Directions

1. Turn the crockpot on low and add the 3 cans of tomatoes, beef broth, water, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir together.

2. Stir in the onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and garlic.

3. Salt and pepper the meat cubes. Add to crockpot and stir to blend everything.

4. Cover and cook on low for 8 - 9hours or on high for 4 -5 hours. Stir in beans in the last 30 minutes.

Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream
