Taco Dip Recipe

This taco dip recipe is so good and one of those easy dip recipes. You will be continuously asked to bring it to tailgate parties, family get togethers and other parties. It is a fantastic chili side dish and everyone's favorite party dip recipes.



Best 7 Layer Dip

Your family friends and neighbors will gather around the platter of this 7 layer dip until it's gone. It is one of my family's favorite easy dip recipes. You can easily have it your way, every way.

We have included a few variations at the bottom of the 7 layer dip recipe. Have fun experimenting on your own. Party dip recipes are a great addition to any tailgate event or chili party. This 7 layer dip is a great chili side dish. it is the perfect Super Bowl Party recipe.


Ingredients

1 package taco seasoning mix

1 can refried beans (16 ounce)

1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce)

1 container sour cream (16 ounce)

1 jar thick and chunky salsa (16 ounce)

2 large tomato, diced

1 bunch green onions, chopped (reserve on the side 1/4 cup of the chopped green tops)

1 can sliced black olives, drained (6 ounce)

1 container guacamole

3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend

DIRECTIONS

Use a large platter or 13 x 9 inch pyrex dish

Layer 1: Spread the refired beans onto the platter or pyrex dish

Layer 2: Mix the sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning packet in a medium bowl. Spread over the refried beans. Layer 3: Spread the guacamole on top of the sour cream mixture

Layer 4: Top the salsa layer with 3/4 of the diced tomatoes, 1/2 of the olives and the green onions except for the reseved 1/4 cup.

Layer 5: Add the salsa on top of this. If the salsa is has too much liquid you might want to drain it.

Layer 6: Put cheese over top

Layer 7: Sprinkle the remainder diced tomatoes, black olives and 1/4 green onion tops

Serve this delicious 7 layer dip recipe with tortilla dipping chips



Have It Your Way, Every Way

It is easy to serve this taco dip recipe your way. Feel free to try some of the variations listed to make this 7 layer dip.

1. Add chopped jalapenos or green chilies

2. Add a can or drained and rinsed black beans

3. Add green or red bell pepper

4. Substitute a can of drained Rotel tomatoes for the tomato and green onion

5. Use bean dip instead of refried beans

6. Use fat free sour cream and cheese

7. Add and additional layer by sauteing some ground meat with the taco seasoning
