1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

1 (16 ounce) can vegetarian baked beans

2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

1 can tomato puree

1 cup frozen corn

1-1/2 cup chopped onion

1 green bell pepper, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoon chili powder, or to taste

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayenne

DIRECTIONS

1. In a slow cooker, combine drained and rinsed black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans. Add the baked beans, tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper and celery. Season with garlic, chili powder, parsley, oregano and basil. Cook for at least three hours on High.
